I was living life on the run, not really noticing one day from the next as weeks just blended into one. Which compromised my health, relationships and finances to achieve what I thought was success, yet felt like a failure and not good enough.
Working with amazing practitioners helped to reconnect me with what was truly important in my life, what I actually wanted (i.e. me, not my parents, friends or family), I really found myself. From here it was so much easier to build my best life.

WHY I DO IT
Some would say I've got a diverse history, from abuse, post-traumatic stress, to single motherhood and career women. It was a life full of stress, overwhelm and anxiety, until my mid 40's.
I've climbed out of burnout hell and found my real power, it became my mission to help people like you do the same, and it's not all I do. Through solving my own burnout it allowed me to create exactly the life I'd always dreamt of and now I get to share how I did it, with beautiful humans, just like you!
Everything we do each day is about our mindset, it's time to ditch your BS and create new habits, beliefs, and behaviours that support you living your best life!
