My personal weight loss journey

 

Yes that is me! I was born with beautiful brown curly hair, what a contrast ah!

At my peak, I was embarrassingly over 100kgs.  Besides the feedback from the scales I saw a photo of how big I was, this was when I made the decision to lose weight without dieting or exercising.  Initially, I lost a whopping 32kgs, and have continued to work on my weight since.
